Hi, I'm Denise!
Life can feel overwhelming. And when it does, it helps to have someone in your corner who gets it. For over 20 years, I’ve worked alongside youth, adults, and families facing some of life’s hardest moments. ​My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care (because no one gets through life without a few bumps and bruises). Therapy with me isn’t one-size-fits-all. I use approaches to fit your needs, drawing from different therapeutic styles to support you with warmth, humour, and deep respect for your journey.
